The Pimple is a book console commanded into Cock Nibbler's inventory by the Game Society Pimps gods. Only Cock can read the contents of the book. Even the voice in his head is unable to read the contents of this book. It is suggested that the Pimple is there to guide Cock on the main questline of Skyrim.
